By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

A free account lets you use the AI planner and assistant up to the free monthly limits, discover destinations, save favorites, and use Meet Travelers, subject to the limits shown in the app.

Premium unlocks higher AI and itinerary limits and additional features described in the app. Premium is a paid monthly subscription.

Premium is billed monthly in euros (€4.99/month) through Stripe until you cancel. Prices may change with prior notice.

You can cancel Premium at any time from the Premium page or via Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewal; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

You are responsible for content you provide (profile, bio, messages, trips). You grant us a license to display it within the Service. You must not post content that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.

Meet Travelers helps travelers connect. Use it respectfully. We do not verify identities; meet in public places and use your own judgment.

Keep messages respectful and on-topic. Do not send spam, scams, or harmful content.

No spam, scams, harassment, hate, threats, impersonation, sexual content, or illegal activity. No attempts to access data you are not allowed to access.

We may remove content and suspend accounts for spam, scams, harassment, or other inappropriate behavior, as further described under Prohibited behavior.

You can report or block other travelers from their profile. Reports are reviewed by administrators.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or to protect the Service.

AI itineraries and answers are generated suggestions and may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. Verify information (safety, visas, transport, prices) before traveling. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI content.

Booking links open third-party providers. We do not control their prices, availability, or service. Your bookings are governed by the provider’s own terms.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for damages arising from the Service is limited. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

We may change features, limits, or pricing with notice. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
